Designed by Ángel Gallardo & Peter Alliss, the 18-hole, par 72 course at Playa Serena is one of the older golf clubs on the Costa de Almería.
This parkland course with mountain views, is flat and walkable with wide fairways, ideal for a relaxed round whilst nine lakes and well-protected, sloping greens add strategic challenge despite the gentle terrain.
Practice facilities include a driving range, putting green and short game areas. The spacious clubhouse has a restaurant overlooking the course offering Andalusian and local Almería cuisine plus daily golfer menus and tapas.
Located about 25 mins drive from Almeria , Playa Serena is certainly a course to consider if your group are wishing to play an alternative course whilst staying at Hotel ENVIA Almería Wellness & Golf and it can be included in the ‘Discovery Almeria’ golf packages along with La Envia and Alboran Golf Club.
