In keeping with other 5 star Melia Hotels this splendid hotel features Melia’s LEVEL concept that allows guests to upgrade their stay and access many extra services, facilities and features, all of which are presented in the typical understated, yet refined way that is synonymous with the Melia group.
From your initial entry to the hotel, it is clear that design is most important here (check out the inverted white volcanoes that form the ceiling of the main lobby area and the relief artworks along the walls), but once through the lobby the scene changes to a lush, tropical garden with huge water features in the main atrium of the hotel.
The choice of rooms, suites and villas is extensive, but even the standard rooms are spacious and very well appointed in the all-white signature of Melia bedrooms, with thoughtful design considerations such as the TV on a rotating stand in some Suites to allow viewing from either part of the room being typical of the care that has gone into the rooms here!
Like most guests, our personal favourite rooms here at Melia Salinas are the wonderful Garden Villas located around The Level’s swimming pool, which offer space, privacy and extra services to those fortunate enough to experience them. Even if your budget does not quite stretch to one of these rooms, it is worth considering the possibility of upgrading your room to a higher category for the additional benefits and space that will be available.
5 bars and restaurants are available to service the food and drink requirements of all guests, with the possibility of an upgrade to Half Board or All-Inclusive being a great option due to the fact the dining experience here is truly first class (supplements apply).
