La Torre Golf Club is a Nicklaus Design course located in Torre-Pacheco, 21 minutes’ drive from Murcia airport.
The 18-hole, 5,500 metre, par 68 course is fairly short, yet challenging with wide fairways, fast greens, large and strategically placed, turtle-shell shaped bunkers and three lakes. If there’s one thing that stands out at La Torre Golf, it’s the six par 3 holes which demand a very accurate tee shot to break even.
As the host of a Spanish Professional Seniors tournament in 2011 the course at La Torre GC offers both a stern test for accomplished golfers and an enjoyable game for mid to high handicappers, with the use of five separate tee boxes on each hole.
