Set in a peaceful location just 10 minutes from the beaches of the Costa del Sol and 30 minutes from Málaga Airport, La Cala is the biggest golf complex in Spain, home to three world-class championship courses. Seamlessly blending with the natural beauty of the Andalusian landscape, surrounded by stunning trees, vibrant flowers, and abundant wildlife, the three 18-hole championship courses; Campo America, Campo Europa and Campo Asia , designed by the legendary Cabell Robinson, each offer a unique challenge and an unforgettable golfing experience.
Whether you’re a seasoned player or a passionate enthusiast, you’ll find every round at La Cala both rewarding and memorable.
Stretching 6,009 metres and playing to a par 72 with five par 5s, Campo America offers an exciting round for golfers of all levels. Formerly known as the North Course, it is renowned for its spectacular views of the Sierra de Ojén and the shimmering Mediterranean Sea.
The course features wide, linked fairways with relatively few bunkers, making it a slightly more forgiving driving course. However, its hilly topography presents unique challenges, requiring precise carries over steep, brush-covered side slopes.
Approach shots demand accuracy, as the small, raised greens test your club selection and precision. Adding to the excitement, water hazards come into play on the 9th and 16th holes, ensuring a memorable and strategic golfing experience.
Onsite accommodation is available in the hotel or in a range of fully equipped apartments, spacious townhouses, and luxury villas.
