This luxury resort boasts a splendid ocean-side location overlooking the fairways of the Buenavista Golf Club and the mountains tumbling down to the coastline to the west. If you choose to drive here from the Tenerife South Airport you can choose the easy way via the motorways skirting around the flatter North East of the island, or for the more adventurous driver head past the resort areas in the South and up the steep and winding mountain roads with many switchbacks, steep drops and spectacular views that eventually lead you through to the cooler and flatter areas of the North coast where the hotel is located. The latter option is not for the faint-hearted but is well worth the effort and time to give you a real sense of place and location!

Rooms are spacious, bright, stylish and well-appointed with large bathrooms, a dressing room, king-size bed, a lounge area and all offer terraces with great views of the golf course, gardens or the sparkling Atlantic waters. There are eight available room types ranging from the spacious, colonial style ‘Premier Rooms’ to huge suites with a terrace jacuzzi.

Melia Hacienda del Conde has three dining options: ‘Montenegro’ restaurant offers some of the best cuisine in the Canary Islands with fresh local seasonal ingredients are prepared using traditional methods enhanced with modern and innovative techniques. ‘Buena Vista’ is a buffet style restaurant serving breakfast and evening meals featuring dishes from South America, the Mediterranean and the Far East. ‘El Pandano’ Pool Bar is a great place if you want to continue basking in the sun while also getting yourself something to eat, serving fresh, light and healthy dishes by the lagoon-style pool.

The award-winning spa features a hydrotherapy circuit with a heated pool, whirlpool, footbath, sauna, Turkish bath and ice fountain and offers a wide range of massages, holistic therapy and beauty treatments. There is also a room dedicated to yoga, Pilates and meditation
