Lying amidst vast pine forests and rolling dunes, in the middle of the Arenals de Mar estate, Golf de Pals is the oldest golf club on the Costa Brava.
Designed by F.W. Hawtree, the challenging 18-hole, par 73 course is a walkable course featuring narrow fairways lined with umbrella pines and large undulating greens. Water only comes into play on a couple of holes on the course but strategically placed, pot bunkers and large, fast greens add to the challenge. Golf de Pals is pretty unique with the front nine holes being tighter and a wider back nine holes finishing on a spectacular 493 metre, par 5.
Club facilities include a driving Range, two putting green and an approach area. The welcoming clubhouse offers a snack bar and a restaurant renowned for its Mediterranean cuisine and traditional rice casseroles which can be enjoyed indoors or on the beautiful terrace with views of the course.
