Situated close to the city of Jerez, Sherry Golf is an ideal course for your Spanish golfing break in combination with a city break in the wonderful cities of Jerez or Cadiz.
The 18-hole 6572m, par 72 course designed by Stirling and Martin of the Global Golf Company features wide fairways which run up and down a long sloping area with many beautiful lakes, views over the sherry-growing vineyards and bunkers which include one in the shape of a horse’s head in reference to Jerez’s famous horses and equestrian tradition. Despite the slope, this is an enjoyable walkable course for mid to high handicappers with enough hazards to challenge more experienced players.
Club facilities include a driving range, two putting greens and chipping and bunker practice areas along with an additional, 9 hole ,911m par 3 course, a croquet lawn and foot golf. The Andalucian style clubhouse is a great place to enjoy that after-round meal and drink, offering a spike bar and restaurant with an extensive menu of Mediterranean food. The restaurant also offers private dining facilities for larger groups.
