Overview

Designed in 1973 by Gary Player, the member owned, El Paraiso Golf Club is one of the most established courses on the Costa del Sol.

Lying in the peaceful El Paraiso valley between Marbella and Estepona with the backdrop of the majestic ‘La Concha’ mountain to the north and the sparkling Mediterranean to the south, El Paraiso has the envious reputation of not only providing one of the best championship course layouts on the coast but also being the friendliest international club too.

The 18-hole, par 71 course features two loops of 9 holes in an incomparable of lush fairways, punctuated by meandering streams, flanked by palm trees and an abundance of exotic fauna, including oleander, jacaranda and mimosas. Lakes provide a home for waterbirds and the golf balls of the unwary!

Club facilities include a driving range, putting green, chipping and short-game practice areas.

The welcoming clubhouse has a restaurant and bar where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or refreshments indoors on the wooden deck, covered terrace or in the cosy sofa area on the delightful Andalucian patio.

Whether you are a low handicap or just wanting to enjoy a walkable round of golf on your holiday, the course offers golfers of all abilities an exciting challenge on the Costa del Sol.
