Although the La Hacienda Links Golf Resort is a larger resort with lower green fees than some of the slightly more exclusive venues in the area, the quality of the golf courses here is still very high with excellent greens a feature of both on-site courses. Given the high levels of on-course traffic during high season periods it is testament to the green keeping team at La Hacienda Links Golf Resort that their hard work and high standards are rewarded with excellent playing conditions all year around.
La Hacienda Heathland golf course is quite distinct from La Hacienda Links course even though they are literally on the same piece of land. The course winds inland from the hilltop clubhouse and is, in our opinion, a tougher test of your holiday golf game than the adjacent La Hacienda Links course.
Although some of the Heathland course holes do feature views of the sea the experience is totally different throughout the round.
With many sloping fairways and slippery greens, the test of golf is a challenge for golfers of all standards from the variety of tee positions available to suit your handicap level. As the round progresses the fairways on the Heathland course seem to get tighter and by the time you reach the long uphill stroke 8, par 5 tenth hole you will need to have warmed up sufficiently to deal with the challenging back 9 as it cascades up and down the hillsides on the journey back to the clubhouse.
Hacienda Casa Club offers visitors a unique space with an exclusive selection of activities and services and breath-taking, panoramic views of the Mediterranean. Facilities include a restaurant with a large dining room and a spectacular terrace, a beach bar (Arena Bar) and a halfway bar (Calma)
Practice facilities include a magnificent, partially covered driving range with 72 bays and target greens, as a short-game area with several par-three holes, two chipping areas, bunkers and two putting greens.
