Lined with mature pine forests, the course is built into rugged, undulating terrain, with natural ravines and dry riverbeds creating interesting challenges throughout the round. Although it is not especially long, its narrow fairways, trees and strategic hazards reward accuracy and thoughtful shot selection over sheer distance. The greens are generally generous in size but can be fast, with subtle slopes and tricky contours.
