La Marquesa Golf Club is situated within the Ciudad Quesada residential development in Rojales, south of Alicante, a short drive inland from the popular coastal resorts of Guardamar del Segura and Torrevieja. Founded in 1989 it is one of the most historic courses on the Costa Blanca.
The club offers an 18-hole, par 72 course set in a relatively flat valley, with surrounding hills providing a scenic backdrop. The course includes demanding par-4s, longer par-5s and testing par-3s and a notable 644 m, par-6, dog leg on the 9th.
Each is hole named to reflect its distinctive features or history. One of the course’s most memorable features is the short par-3 with an island green named ‘Sawgrass’ after the famous island-green challenge at TPC in Florida.
La Marquesa Golf Club has excellent facilities including a driving range with Toptracer. The Ramë Gastrobar offers a relaxed vibe and excellent Mediterranean dining right next to the terrace
The convenient location, club facilities and variation of holes make La Marquesa an enjoyable option for golfers of all abilities.
Ask us to include La Marquesa to your Alicante golf holiday itinerary and we can arrange the hotel, transfers and tee times at some of the other great courses on the Costa Blanca.
