Comporta has been on European luxury maps for a decade. Comporta Golf has put it on the golfer map, with two courses across a peninsula that is genuinely unlike anywhere else in Portugal.
Dunas is the headline course. Routed through dune, pine and the natural inland landscape, with a links-leaning character that comes from the wind and the sand-based ground. Walking-friendly, well-conditioned, kept quieter than the Algarve resort courses.
Torre is the companion. More sheltered, slightly inland, with a parkland feel and elevation changes that contrast with the Dunas openness. Most weeks at Comporta include rounds on both. Tee times are still easy compared to the Algarve.
The hotel offer alongside the courses is what makes Comporta different. Design-led properties, mostly small, scattered through rice paddies and pine forest. Some of the most distinctive accommodation in Portugal. We pair the courses with the hotel that fits your group, with the option to extend into a longer peninsula week.
