March 2027 · Beginner + Intermediate

Three years in.
Now the next step.

After three brilliant years of running the Learn To Play Experience for new golfers, we’ve added the development pathway. The Golf Progress Experience picks up where Learn To Play ends. Same coaches, same Spanish resort, two weeks back to back at Isla Canela.

The Development Pathway

From your first swing to your first proper round.

Three years of running Learn To Play taught us that beginners want to know what comes next. So we built it. The Golf Progress Experience runs the week after Learn To Play, at the same resort, with the same coaches. Do one. Do the other. Stack them and stay twelve nights at Isla Canela for the full pathway.

Common questions.

Which airport should I fly to?
Faro (FAO) is 45 minutes from Isla Canela. Seville (SVQ) is 1 hour 15 minutes. Both work well.
How do I get from the airport to the resort?
We can arrange private airport transfers or vehicle rental. Just ask for a quote when you enquire and we’ll bundle it into the package.
Do I need to bring my own golf clubs?
No. The resort offers rental clubs, or you can rent a higher-quality set delivered via one of our airport rental partners. Most golfers prefer the latter for consistency. We’ll talk you through the options.
I’ve never picked up a club. Will Learn To Play really suit me?
Yes, that’s exactly who Learn To Play is for. Three years of running it has been built around true beginners with zero experience. You’ll be on the range and the short-game area from day one with full coaching support, then progressing onto the course mid-week.
How do I know if Golf Progress is the right level for me?
If you’ve done a Learn To Play week with us before, it’s the natural next step. If you’ve played a little and stopped, or you’re a beginner who’s already moved past the basics, it’s for you too. It sits at low intermediate. Not for golfers already shooting handicaps, but a perfect bridge between beginner and properly playing. Call us if you’re not sure.
Can I do both weeks back to back?
Yes, and it’s the strongest way to do it. Learn To Play hands off straight into Golf Progress on Friday 13 March at the same resort. We’ll build a twelve-night joined package including the bridge night. One flight, one hotel, full development pathway.
