I have a comment, complaint, feedback or suggestion to make; who should I contact?

If your issue is regarding something that is affecting the enjoyment of your holiday whilst you are on the trip then please in the fist instance raise this with the car hire, transfers, hotel or golf course management as they will be best placed to resolve the matter in situ.  If this is not done to your satisfaction and the issue is not resolved successfully then please contact The Golf Travel People using any of our available contact methods and we will investigate and take up the matter with the relevant persons and work towards a mutually acceptable resolution of the issue on your behalf.
